Baked eggs with ham and cheese

50g shaved ham, chopped coarsely

2 green onions, sliced finely

4 eggs

⅓cup (40g) coarsely grated cheddar

Preheat oven to moderate (180°C/160°C fan-forced). Grease four ½ Cup (125ml) ovenproof dishes.
How to make Baked eggs with ham and cheese

Divide ham and onion among dishes. One at a time, break eggs into small bowl, carefully sliding eggs from bowl over ham and onion in each dish. Sprinkle dishes with equal amounts of cheese.

Place dishes on even tray; bake, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until yolks are just set.
