Whole Wheat Pua
You will need ..

1 cup whole wheat atta

½ ripe banana-chopped finely.

4 tbsp sugar
-
1 cup milk
-
1 tsp desiccated coconut (fine coconut powder), optional.

1 tsp fine almond/cashewnut powder.
How to make Whole Wheat Pua

Mix the above ingredients in a mixer to prepare a smooth batter.

Heat about 5-6 tbsp ghee in a kadhai.

Pour 1 tbsp of batter into the ghee and deep fry on slow flame, turning the pua till both sides turn golden brown.

Puas made can be easily stored refrigerated for 3-4 days I an air tight container.
Whole Wheat Pua Tips:
Spread a little bit of fresh malai (milk cream) on the pua to make it more yummy.
