Vegetable Fry
You will need ..

5-6 small florets of cauliflower or 3-4 lady’s finger or quarter of capsicum ( medium size)- cut into thin small strips

Oil for deep frying.

Salt/chaat masala to taste.
How to make Vegetable Fry

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai. When the oil is heated, add the vegetables.

Keep on stirring briskly for approximately 4 minutes on medium heat till the vegetables are done and crisp.

Take out the veg fried and spread on a plate.

Add a sprinkle of salt/chaat masala and offer warm.
