How to make Tuna Salad:

Combine half a drained 185g can tuna in brine, 2 tablspoons mayonnaise, half a finely chopped small red onion and 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsely in small bowl. Cut a 300g garlic foccacia into quarters; spread tuna mixture over one quarter, top with one slice of tasty cheese. Place under preheated grill about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Makes 1 Per melt 23.9g fat; 2160 KJ (516 cal)
