Tasty Spinach Soup
You will need…

5-6 leaves spinach.

Half a tomato (ripe, medium size).

1 tbsp curd.

1 tbsp corn flour dissolved in ½ cup water.

1 tbsp butter.

Salt to taste.
How to make Tasty Spinach Soup

Thoroughly wash the spinach leaves.

Put the leaves along with half a tomato in a cooker. Add 1 cup water and allow 1 whistle. Remove from fire.

When the pressure releases remove the vegetables. Remove skin of tomato. Blend peeled tomato and spinach leaves with the water in a mixer to obtain a thick puree.

In a pan heat 1 tsp butter. Add the puree.

Add the curd and cornflour mix and stir well on low flame for approx 2 minutes. Remove from fire.

Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon juice (optional).
