Soya Curry
You will need ..

1 medium sized tomato-grated to remove the skin

1 onion-grated
-
1 small potato-boiled and cut into ½ pieces
-
1 tbsp soya granules-soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
-
1 ½ cups water
-
½ tsp of coriander powder (dhania).

½ tsp garam masala (optional)
-
A pinch of turmeric (haldi).
How to make Soya Curry
-
Heat the oil in a kadhai. Add grated onion and bhuno for 2-3 minutes till it turns golden.

Add ½ tsp dhania powder and a pinch of haldi. Mix well.

Add the grated tomato and mix well.

Add the soya granules and boiled potato cut into small cubes.

Bhuno for 1 minute and add salt and garam masala (optional). Bhuno again for 2 minutes.

Add water. Bring to a boil. Cook covered on medium flame for 3 minutes.

Uncover, stir for half a minutes and remove from flame.

Serve with roti or puri.
