Soya Bread Rolls
You will need ..

3 slices brown bread with the edges cut out

½ cup milk

1 small potato-boiled and mashed.

½ tsp coriander powder (dhania).

½ tsp chaat masala.

1/3 tsp salt, or to taste

1 tbsp soya granules
How to make Soya Bread Rolls

Mix all ingredients except bread and milk.

Place the milk a saucer. Wet a slice of bread by dipping in milk for a second. Placing the soaked bread on the palm of one hand, press bread with other palm to pat out excess milk.

Place a tbsp of mixture in the center in oblong shape. Fold over remaining slice and press well to seal. Roll between palms gently taking care that there are no openings where filling will pop out so that smooth roll is obtained.

Heat oil nicely and slide in prepared heat till it turns golden. Cut into smaller pieces and serve with sauce or chutney.
