Semolina  and Carrot Porridge


You will need…

  • 1 tbsp semolina (sooji/rawa)

  • ½ of a small carrot-grated very finely.

  • ½ cup milk.

How to make Semolina and Carrot Porridge

  1. Dry roast semolina in a pan on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Add carrot and milk, cook stirring till it starts to boil. Cook for another minute or till the carrot is soft.

  3. Remove from heat. Serve at room temperature.
