Raw Banana Chips


You will need ..

  • 1 medium sized raw banana

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp oil for stir frying.

How to make Raw Banana Chips

  1. Lengthwise cut out the skin of the banana from all sides using a sharp knife

  2. Now slice the banana into thin round pieces

  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan and add the slices

  4. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Remove cover and stir fry for about 2 minutes more till the slices are cooked crisp. Remove from fire.

  6. Remove chips from kadhai. Spread on a plate. Sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. A hint of black pepper powder adds to the taste. Serve immediately.
