How to make Mixed berry crumpet:

Discard skin and bones from a quarter of a drained 210g can red salmon. Combine salmon in small bowl with a quarter of a seeded finely chopped Lebanese cucumber, 1 tablespoon sour cream. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese over half of begal; top with salmon mixture.

Makes 1 Per bagel 18.5g fat; 1523KJ (364 cal)
