Hummus
How to make Hummus:
Blend or process two 300g cans rinsed drained chickpeas with 2 tablespoons tahini, 1/3 cup (80ml) lemon juice, two quartered cloves garlic and ¼ cup (60ml) water until almost smooth. With motor operating, gradually add ½ cup (125ml) olive oil in a thin, steady stream until mixture forms a smooth paste.
Makes 2¼ cups
