How to make Guacanole:

Mash three medium avocados in medium bowl; stir in half a finely chopped small red onion, one seeded finely chopped small egg tomato, 1 tablespoon lime juice and ¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh coriander.

Makes 2½ cups Per tablespoon 4g fat; 157KJ (38 cal)
