Fried Rice:

1 tablespoon peanut

2 eggs, beaten lightly.

120g baby corn, halved.

1 trimmed celery stalk (100g), chopped finely.

1 small red capsicum (150g), chopped finely.

2 cloves garlic, crushed.

140g ham, chopped coarsely.

3 cups cooked long-grain white rice.

1 tablespoon kecup manis.

4 green onions, sliced thinly.
How to make Fried Rice for kids:
- Heat half the oil in work. Add egg, swirl to cover base of wok; cook until set. Remove omelette from wok, roll up tightly; cut omelette into thin slices.
- Heat remaining oil in wok; stir-fry corn and celery 2 minutes. Add capsicum, garlic and ham; stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Add rice and kecup manis; stir-fry until heated through. Stir in onion and omelette.
Serves 4: Per Serving 9.4g fat; 1409KJ (337 cal).
