You will need ..

1 egg.

1 tbsp oil and salt to taste.
How to make Egg Poach (fried egg):

Use a small thick bottomed pan and put 1 tbsp of oil in it, spread the oil around the pan well.

When the pan is hot, break the egg into it and cover the an. Allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes and it s ready to eat.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt. Serve.
