Cottage Cheese Balls
Tasty sanck recipe with corn and cheese. I found this vedio and it is excellent
You will need ..

½ litre full cream milk or 1/3 cup grated ready-made paneer.

Lemon for curding the milk

2 tbsp gram flour (besan)-dry roast on tawa for 2 minutes on low heat

2tbsp whole wheat flour (atta).

1 tsp chaat masala
-
Tiny pinch of pepper.
How to make Cottage Cheese Balls

Put the milk to boil. As soon as the milk start to boil, add lemon juice by squeezing lemon through a strainer to discard any seeds.

When the milk has completely curdled (1-2 minutes), remove from flame and strain the curdled milk through a muslin cloth. The soft paneer (1/3 cup) will be collected while the liquid can be used to make dal or dough.

Add the remaining ingredients to the paneer, mix thoroughly with the palm to make a smooth mixture. Make into small balls.

Deep dry 1-2 balls at a time till the balls turn golden brown.
