Antipasto pizza melt
How to make Antipasto pizza melt:
Spread 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato pesto over small pizza base; top with 4 drained marinated artichoke quarters, 30g drained bottled char-grilled capsicum and ¼ cup (25g) coarsely grated mozzarella cheese. Place under preheated grill about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
